Dalgona coffee

Coffee whipped with sugar and hot water, served over a glass of milk.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Coffee Ultimo
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • A little hot water
  • 1 cup milk

Method

  1. Whisk the coffee, sugar and a little hot water into a fluffy foam.
  2. Pour cold or warm milk into a glass.
  3. Spoon the coffee foam on top and stir before drinking.
