COFFEE AND CHOCOLATE

Café mocha without a machine

You do not need an espresso machine to make mocha. Cocoa or dark chocolate adds flavour to the coffee and warm milk.

Ingredients

  • Coffee Ultimo according to the instructions on the tin
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder or 40 g dark chocolate
  • 2 tsp sugar to taste
  • 2½ cups milk
  • 4 tbsp hot water

Method

  1. Dissolve the coffee and cocoa or finely chopped chocolate in the hot water.
  2. Gently heat the milk and whisk until slightly foamy.
  3. Mix with the coffee and chocolate. Pour into cups and top with milk foam.

Adjust coffee and serving size to the instructions on the tin. Milk and hazelnut spread may contain allergens.
